The sausage peeling machine is designed to make a longitudinal cut along the length of the casing of the product to be peeled. Thanks to a suction system, the casing is automatically extracted and conveyed to the collection tank connected to the machine. It has two peeling methods, "steam peeling" and "soaking peeling", to facilitate manufacturers that do not have steam conditions. The blade set is specially designed, featuring a longer service life and higher cutting efficiency.
